You may sign in using your Google account, Telegram account, or supported credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and any activities conducted through your account. Tishtar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in malicious, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Tishtar provides scheduled automation using advanced AI intelligence. You agree not to use the platform to generate unlawful content, launch denial-of-service attacks, conduct unauthorized scraping, or violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Resource accounting in Tishtar is denominated in 'Drops'. Accounts are funded exclusively via external voucher code redemption or peer-to-peer (P2P) allocation; no direct in-app payment gateway is operated. Tishtar operates strictly as a cloud compute infrastructure ledger and does not provide financial settlement, fiat buybacks, or currency exchange services. Welcome bonuses and promotional drops represent platform infrastructure compute subsidies provided solely for evaluating AI routines and are non-transferable.

Publishing a template to the Tishtar Marketplace grants other users a non-exclusive right to inspect and execute that routine. To preserve marketplace integrity, prevent fraudulent accounts, and maintain economic soundness, creator royalties are accrued and credited exclusively from paid routine runs settled with real drops (gift cards or transferred funds). Trial executions funded via promotional drops contribute to template run counts and discovery rankings but do not generate cash creator reward payouts.

Outputs generated by AI models are provided 'as is' for informational and automation purposes. While Tishtar employs guardrails and verification pipelines, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for critical financial, legal, or medical decisions. Users retain full discretion and sole legal responsibility for reviewing, publishing, or broadcasting AI-generated outputs.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Tishtar following published changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You may delete your account and associated routine data at any time via Settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
