1. Information We Collect

We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver scheduled AI automation:

(a) Google Account Data: Basic profile information (email address, full name, and avatar URL) used solely for user authentication and account creation.
(b) Telegram Data: Your Telegram user ID and username when you optionally link Telegram for direct notification delivery.
(c) Routine Definitions: Scheduled instructions, public target URLs, execution schedules, and user-configured notification preferences.

2. Google OAuth & User Data Protection

Tishtar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
We do not transfer Google user data except as strictly necessary to provide or improve the core features of the Tishtar service.
We do not use or transfer Google user data to serve advertisements, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
We do not use or transfer Google user data to train general-purpose machine learning or AI models.

3. AI Instructions & Data Confidentiality

Routine instructions, target URLs, and scheduled tasks are processed via industry-standard encrypted channels strictly for real-time execution. Your private data and routine configurations are never used to retrain public foundation models.

4. Data Storage & Security Standards

All account settings, encrypted records, and user balances are stored on secure distributed cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256 and TLS 1.3). We implement strict workspace isolation and multi-layer access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You may export your routines, purge execution histories, disconnect linked Google or Telegram accounts, or request complete account erasure at any time by contacting [email protected] or via the in-app Account Settings modal. Upon confirmation, all associated credentials and personal records will be permanently purged within 30 days.
